INSULATION PRODUCTS

The minimum construction time in a cold storage installation is preferred due to the fact that when the installation is completed, the hygienic environment is maintained without any other construction materials, maintenance is not required during use, and maintenance is not required.

Cold rooms are insulated doors that we produce in width and height desired for human and equipment entrance. The frame of the door wing which is formed by injecting 40 + – 2 density polyurethane between two plate sheet (polyester, PVC, plastisol, CrNi) is made from aluminum profile. Its surfaces are produced with the same or different desired surface coverage of panel surfaces. We have hinged, sliding and bar (flap) doors.

The frame of the door wing which is formed by injecting 40 + – 2 density polyurethane between two plate sheet (polyester, PVC, plastisol, CrNi) is formed from aluminum profile.
Depending on demand, single-wing and double-winged doors are produced.
Single-wing and double-winged doors, panel or wall can be installed. 180 degree wings can be opened in both directions.
It has special design hinges that can be permanently open when needed. Windows can be placed on the wings as required.
Single wings can range from a 70×170 cm net pass to a 110 x 250 cm net pass. Double wings are produced up to 200×250 cm net pass.

Central System Cooling Units

It is a device that allows the control and cooling of more than one cooler with a single outer unit. These units consist of a parallel chassis of various size compressors with vibration preventive elements on a rigid chassis.

Wet vegetable and fruit storage areas are preferred to save space in logistic storage areas, food storage, meat and meat processing and storage areas in facilities with a lot of small capacity cold rooms.

The central system is controlled in a shop, the department stores, the cold stores, the process areas are controlled and cooled by a single outdoor unit.

Water Cooling Towers

Package type towers are the ones built with the plug and play logic in computers. They are shipped to our customers after manufacturing and installation of these trolleys which have been made suitable for transporting trucks and trucks in their volumetric sizes. This kind of towers designed according to the working values of our customers are sufficient for the connection of the inlet and outlet.

It can be produced in 2 and 3 cells according to capacity and back up requirement.

Constructed waterways are used wherever high capacity is required. The parts come out in pieces and assembled by our expert teams in the project area. Mounted tower can be moved to another area by crane.

Air Conditioning Machines

Heat Pumps

Buildings have different internal loads throughout the year, including lighting, people, equipment and the sun. These loads are recovered with heat pump system as heating-cooling and usage hot water. Heat pump systems are the most efficient systems. Heat Pump is the name given to the cooling device in which the refrigerant system can be heated by reversing it with a 4-way valve.

Air Conditioning Power Plants

Air conditioning plants, which are the most important elements of air conditioning and ventilation systems, allow the temperature and humidity to be precisely adjusted while controlling the amount of fresh air in the environment. Air conditioning plants can also successfully filter microorganisms according to the type of dust, particles and air handling units in the ambient air.

Our package air handling units are preferred because they can be controlled by automation system, ease of use and space saving.

DRYING MACHINES

Carpet Drying Machines

They are machines designed for quick, reliable and hygienic drying of your wet and / or damp carpets washed out when the ambient conditions are not suitable for drying.

Bacteria form in the air in the dried environment due to moisture. This type of bacteria, pollen, mint and other harmful elements are destroyed by UV blue light technology, preventing the smells in the drying rooms and clearing the air in the environment. It provides high quality service with clean and hygienic drying by preventing the smell in the rooms.

If the products are required to be dried at a faster rate, the turbo is activated and they start to warm up in shorter time. So the moisture accumulation is started and the drying period is shortened. The turbo system is mainly used to shorten the drying time in the winter months.

Seed Drying Machines

It helps to dry any vegetable, fruit, cereal seeds. Ideal for seed producer or seed research institute certification. It has a desktop function.

The specially developed squeeze-out system is ideal for easy operation.

By virtue of the small pore system of 120 micrometers, or nearly 1 / 10th of 1 mm, no other seed exploitation occurs in any way as the air vapor passes.

The food drying system keeps the colors and flavors of special products dry. Points to be contacted by drying products are made of stainless material. Drying products are dried without intervention from outside by working with a Tavalı drying elevator system. This system prevents heat loss in the dryer at high speed. The machine is designed according to the product to be installed. Depending on demand, the number of plates is increased.

Refrigerated Storage Containers

Because the installation and disassembly processes of fixed cold storages are both costly and risk of panel deformation, container warehouses provide trouble free transportation to our customers in need of mobilization.

They are manufactured in accordance with international transport standards and do not pose any problems during transportation. Military bases, fishing and rental companies prefer container type cold storage.

The internal temperature of the warehouse can be suitably produced in the range of + 15 / -50 ºC. If necessary, more than one cold storage can be produced in a container.Container type cold storages are suitable for working at outdoor temperatures of -40 / + 50 ºC.

Container type is produced in two forms with generator and without generator.

Container Type Ice Machines

Container Type Molds and Leaf Ice Units have the feature of transporting at the desired place. The most important advantage is that it is compactly designed together with the cold air storage and appliance required for ice storage.

It runs smoothly under tropical conditions. Quiet operation and high efficiency. It produces hygienic ice and can work without stopping. The refrigeration equipments used are in European norms and consist of high quality equipments.

ICE PRODUCTION MACHINES

Flake Ice Machines

Leaf ice is flat, thin ice particles produced on a vertical drum. (1.8-2.2 mm).

It is formed by pouring water into the film layer on the inner surface of the drum. To make this ice fragile, the drum is cooled and then shredded with an ice-knife so that ice storage occurs.

It produces fresh and clean leaf ice for sectors such as food, fisheries, construction and concrete sucking industry.

Daily production capacity is between 500 kg and 50 tons.

The ice-cutter and its structure are made of stainless steel.

The base is manufactured from stainless or galvanized steel.

The outer wall of the ice cream drum is made of stainless steel and the ice-clad inner wall is made of chrome-plated carbon steel.

Depending on demand, it is produced either as water or as air-cooled condenser.

Available in Standard (AS) and Tropical (AT) versions.

We have options with hermetic, scroll, semi-hermetic piston or screw compressor.

The refrigerant is R407F, R507A or R404A.

Block Ice Machines

The block ice is formed by immersing the water molds in a cooled glycol tank.
